We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our startup manufacturing company specializing in Plastic Injection Molding, Pressing, CNC Laser Cutting, and Metal Fabrication.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing daily factory operations, improving productivity, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and building efficient operational processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee all factory operations.
Develop and implement production plans to achieve delivery targets.
Monitor production efficiency, quality, and operational KPIs.
Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate preventive maintenance for machines and equipment.
Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
Control production costs and improve operational performance.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to top management.
Participate in recruitment, training, and development of factory staff.
Support the startup phase by establishing SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, engineering, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in an Operations Manager or Factory Manager role.
Proven experience in Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing is required.
Experience in CNC Laser Cutting, Pressing, or Sheet Metal Manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, quality systems, and maintenance management.
Experience in setting up and managing manufacturing operations, preferably in a startup or growing factory.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and KPI management.
Good understanding of inventory control, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
