Manage and follow up on the foreign purchasing process from order placement until delivery.
Communicate with international suppliers and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Follow up on import documentation, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science is Preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Foreign Purchasing within the pharmaceutical industry is Preferred.
Strong knowledge of import procedures, international suppliers, and supply chain operations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Good command of English.

معرفة قوية بإجراءات الاستيراد والموردين الدوليين وعمليات سلسلة الإمداد.
مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
