Import coordinator for freight forwarding company/ and an import/export company specializing in petroleum products and chemicals and equipment.

• Facilitate the shipping of products from the plant to Customers

• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible

• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay. Keeping up to date status of orders for clients.

• Receives products from Warehouse and coordinates delivery

• Coordinate with freight forwarders/ shipping lines/Clearing agency to avoid any delays and reduce conflicts .

• Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels

• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.

• Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles

• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes

• Full Experience on Nafeza website with the custom clearance process , generating ACID.

• Reviewing all shipping documents thoroughly.

Requirements

• Must have experience within specified field mentioned

• Good communication and language skills in English and Arabic

• Hard worker, efficient and able to work as a team.

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word
