Job Details

  • Lead and supervise the B2B sales team.

  • Contact qualified leads and manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.

  • Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with corporate clients to present our services and close deals.

  • Generate new corporate partnerships and business opportunities.

  • Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure all activities are accurately updated on the CRM.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance against KPIs.

Requirements

  • Insurance background.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to attend client meetings and business visits.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
