Lead and supervise the B2B sales team.
Contact qualified leads and manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with corporate clients to present our services and close deals.
Generate new corporate partnerships and business opportunities.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure all activities are accurately updated on the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance against KPIs.
Requirements
Insurance background.
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to attend client meetings and business visits.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
