  • Portfolio: Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes) – Joint Reconstruction (Hip & Knee Arthroplasty)

  • Reporting to: Board of Directors / General Manager

  • Are you an inspirational commercial leader with a proven track record in the Egyptian orthopedic market? Do you have deep relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a strategic understanding of the Unified Procurement Authority (UPA)?

  • We are a leading medical supplies distributor in Egypt, proud to partner with Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes). We are looking for a visionary Commercial Director to lead our Joint Reconstruction division nationwide, driving commercial excellence and expanding our market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in the Egyptian orthopedic market.

  • Strong commercial and strategic business acumen.

  • Established relationships with orthopedic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  • Solid understanding of the Unified Procurement Authority (UPA) and governmental tenders.

  • Track record of achieving sales growth and leading high-performing commercial teams.
