We are looking for a creative, versatile, and collaborative UI/UX Designer to join our team on-site at our office in Sheikh Zayed.
In this role, you will be a core contributor to designing and redesigning our company’s websites and software platforms. This position operates on a shift-based schedule with variable working hours. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in general design, excels in Figma, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and possesses high flexibility regarding working hours and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Web & Platform Design: Partner with the design team to design, iterate, and redesign our websites and software products to improve user experience, aesthetics, and usability.

• Developer Collaboration: Work closely with Front-end and Back-end developers. Facilitate seamless handoffs by providing clear specs, assets, and design systems, understanding their technical requirements.

• Research & Development (R&D): Conduct design research, analyze user feedback, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our digital products.

• General Graphic Design Support: Utilize general design principles and Adobe tools to support overall branding and design needs when required.

Job Requirements
1. Technical & Core Design Skills:

• Figma Expert: Excellent, proven experience working with Figma (Must).

• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Design & UX Fundamentals: Deep understanding of web/software design techniques, responsive layouts, design systems, and general design theories (layout, typography, color theory).

• Research Skills: Ability to conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and apply R&D methodologies to design problems.

2. Collaboration, Schedule & Workflow:

• Shift Flexibility: High willingness and capability to work on a shift-based system with variable, non-fixed working hours as required.

• Developer-Friendly Mindset: Proven experience collaborating with Front-end and Back-end developers, with a solid grasp of what developers need to implement designs accurately.

• Strong Portfolio: A solid portfolio showcasing real-world web, software, and general design projects is required (Please include a link in your application).
