Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve service levels, optimise costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyse supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to build a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in leadership roles.
Proven experience in the cement, mining, or metals industry is required.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
