• Monitor all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, and transfers) and ensure accurate system recording.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with system records.

• Conduct periodic and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory variance reports.

• Review receiving, issuing, and transfer documents to ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with minimum and maximum stock levels.

• Prepare periodic inventory reports, including slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, and other departments to ensure inventory availability.

• Ensure proper implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and stock control processes.

• Experience in inventory counting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
