Operate the lamination machine according to operating commands and production plan.
Adjust machine settings to suit the type of paper, carton, and adhesive.
Monitor adhesion quality and ensure no air bubbles or delamination between layers.
Review paper dimensions and alignment between print and carton before starting.
Monitor product quality during operation and make necessary adjustments.
Adhere to targeted production rates and reduce waste.
Clean and maintain the machine and perform simple daily maintenance (Autonomous Maintenance).
Immediately report any faults or technical problems affecting production.
Record operating, production, and waste data in the approved forms.
Adhere to quality and food safety instructions (when producing food packaging) and occupational safety and health procedures.
Keep the work area clean.
Collaborate with Printing, Offset, Die-Cut, and Finishing departments to ensure smooth production flow.
