About the Role We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer who enjoys building AI-native systems, interactive web experiences, and scalable workflows.
Responsibilities Develop modern, interactive websites. Build AI-native applications using tools such as Claude Code and other AI development environments. Design and optimize AI workflows that improve business operations. Create and maintain Prompt Engineering libraries and reusable prompt systems. Structure and document prompts so they become reusable company assets. Build internal systems where prompts, workflows, and business logic can be reused and scaled across future projects. Collaborate with designers to translate UI designs into production-ready experiences. Integrate AI tools into daily business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements 1–2 years of experience in software development. Experience building responsive and interactive websites. Familiarity with Claude Code or AI-assisted development environments. Strong Prompt Engineering skills. Experience designing AI workflows and automation systems. Understanding of system architecture and reusable workflow design. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work full-time on-site.
