????Requirements: 7+ years of proven experience in Android development- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field-3+ years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead talented developers and designers-Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin-Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is a plus- Excellent knowledge of design patterns, including MVVM, Strategy, Factory, and Observer-Solid experience with CI/CD, automation, and unit testing-Hands-on experience with end-to-end Android application development- Ability to lead technical architecture and establish coding standards and best practices-Experience with Hilt, RxJava, Coroutines, REST APIs, Web Services, SQLite, and third-party libraries- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Git, and Git Flow-Experience with Jenkins, Fastlane, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
