Role Description The Real Estate Agent (Resale Expert) role at Egy Property is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The role involves managing property resale transactions, including listing properties, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating offers to achieve successful sales. The agent will maintain accurate property records, prepare necessary documents and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building and maintaining a client portfolio, providing ongoing customer support, and staying informed about local real estate trends and regulations. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and provide responsive support. Proven Sales experience, particularly in property resale, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Understanding of Real Property concepts, valuation, and local market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple listings, and prioritize tasks effectively. Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for property listings, client communication, and documentation. Previous experience in residential or commercial resale is an advantage; relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
