Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations and international standards. Conduct HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor site activities, perform inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, safe work practices, and PPE requirements. Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive action plans. Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives across operations and project sites. Maintain HSE documentation, permits, records, and prepare regular performance and compliance reports. Support continuous improvement by monitoring HSE performance and ensuring timely closure of audit findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HSE/QHSE, preferably within manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, root cause analysis, electrical safety, LOTO, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred. Excellent communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in Arabic and English. Willingness to travel to project sites and work in both office and field environments.
