MB Logistics is hiring | Sales Manager Logistics & Warehousing Location: Dokki, Giza We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics services, warehousing solutions, and courier parcel sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new B2B clients for logistics, warehousing, and courier services. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and corporate customers. -Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. -Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery. -Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. -Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives. -Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics sales, warehousing solutions, or courier services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the logistics and supply chain industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
