We are looking for full-time, on-site Real Estate Agents, Senior Property Consultants, and Supervisors to join our team in New Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate CRM records while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices. Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets and close transactions ethically. Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship building. Understanding of Real Property concepts, local market dynamics, and property valuation basics. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts. Comfort working on-site in New Cairo and engaging with clients in person on a regular basis. Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM systems to manage leads, listings, and client information. Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
