Egy Bell is hiring and On Ground Marketing Specialist for an E-commerce company.
Responsibilities:Plan & Execute: Oversee diverse on-ground marketing activations, events, pop-ups, retail campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives to drive engagement and ROI. Logistics & Operations: Coordinate all activation and shoot logistics, including venue scouting, permits, setups, material delivery, transportation, and dismantling, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Team & Vendor Management: Manage and brief suppliers, venue partners, on-ground staff, creators, and production freelancers on campaign objectives, deliverables, and brand messaging; track timelines and invoices. Production & Content Oversight: Supervise on-ground shoots and activations to ensure strict quality control, excellent customer experience, proper content capture, and product visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, social media, sales, and operations teams to align activations with overarching campaign goals. Data & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and campaign data; track KPIs (footfall, leads, costs) to deliver comprehensive post-activation performance reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field.● 2–4 years of experience in on-ground marketing, event management, activations, retail marketing, field marketing, or brand experience.● Very good command of English.● Strong experience managing suppliers, logistics, promoters, permits, and physical setups.● Good understanding of retail, customer behavior, footfall generation, and local market dynamics.● Comfortable being present on-site before, during, and after activations.● Ability to manage budgets, timelines, checklists, and multiple stakeholders.● Good reporting skills
