· Overseeing all incoming operations of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and various supplies, and ensuring they meet approved specifications and documents.
· Supervising material issuance operations to different departments according to approved issue requests.
· Ensuring proper storage methods to maintain material quality and integrity.
· Supervising warehouse organization and applying a coding and categorization system to facilitate trading and inventory processes.
· Monitoring stock levels and ensuring the minimum availability of vital items in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
· Monitoring the application of First In, First Out (FIFO) or First Expired, First Out (FEFO) depending on item nature.
· Supervising periodic, surprise, and annual inventories, analyzing stock differences, and taking corrective actions.
· Reviewing and approving all warehouse movements in the ERP system and ensuring accuracy.
· Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movement, stock levels, stock differences, and slow-moving items.
· Supervising the warehouse team, distributing tasks, monitoring performance, and evaluating employees.
· Coordinating with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Maintenance departments to ensure continuity of operational processes.
· Ensuring compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements within warehouses.
· Monitoring warehouse cleanliness, storage environment safety, and adherence to pest control requirements.
· Proposing continuous improvement opportunities to raise warehouse management efficiency and reduce waste.
· Higher education.
· Preference for experience in food industry companies or poultry.
· Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and stock management..
· 5 to 7 years of experience.
· Experience using ERP systems and managing warehouse operations.
· Good knowledge of storage, inventory, coding, and item management methods.
· Familiarity with Food Safety requirements (GMP, GHP) and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
