Senior Property Consultant Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site) About the Role Brokers Hub is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently exceeding sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients make informed real estate investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and professional project presentations. Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Mentor junior property consultants and share best sales practices. Represent Brokers Hub with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
