• Cyber Strategy Development : Support the design and execution of cybersecurity strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks tailored to client needs and aligned with industry standards.
• Client Advisory & Engagement : Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to assess current-state maturity, identify transformation opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Presentation & Proposal Development : Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate cybersecurity transformation strategies and value propositions.
• Research and Benchmarking : Conduct research and market analysis to stay ahead of emerging cyber risks, technologies, regulatory trends, and best practices that inform strategy design.
• Content Development and Ideation : Create strategic materials including transformation roadmaps, executive reports, awareness content, and training assets that address specific client challenges.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and contribute to the growth of Deloitte s Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice.

Essentials

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and emerging threats, with the ability to stay current on industry trends and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, cyber maturity models, and frameworks (e.g., SCyWF, SFIA, NICE).
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Background in policy design and cyber awareness programs is a plus.
• Ability to assess current cyber postures, identify gaps, and define actionable improvement plans.
• Evaluate evolving threats and inform strategic direction through landscape analysis and research.
• Skilled at conducting market research and integrating global leading practices into client solutions.
• Able to interpret KRIs/KPIs and measure cybersecurity maturity and initiative performance .

Other desirables:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Cyber Security and Risk Assessment
• English proficiency is a must
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role with cybersecurity background.
• Experience in a project management role, managing resources, following up on project due dates, reporting and escalating risks to management.
• Leadership skills with the ability to assign tasks and manage junior team members, lead client sessions and present recommendations.
• Willingness to explore new ideas and approaches to drive client success, with flexibility for travel and working hours.
