The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Packaging Development Associate Technologist who will have the desired level of technical capability to drive and execute Packaging agenda (innovations, renovations, productivity and ESG) in according with the Company’s strategic and annual plans. The delivery of new packaging solutions, VE (Value Engineering), SC (Supply Chain) projects and the enabling of ESG projects will be your primary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be supporting the development of new and improved packaging solutions in the framework of NPD activities, value engineering and ESG activities in MEA.
- Coordinating processes by carrying out packaging development & improvement projects for existing and new products
- Support the creation of specifications of packaging materials of all products-ensuring that the specs are kept accurate and up-to-date
- To follow up and report the sample studies of all designed and developed packages
- Developing projects regarding alternative materials and packaging processes -carrying out saving studies
- Attend packaging trial, coordinate trials plans, materials.
- Support lab activities related to packaging
- Coordinate supplier relations related to new NPDS, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial or Chemical) / Food Technology Degree
- Work Experience: 1- 3 years in Packaging Development
- Language Knowledge: Proficient English
Technical Skills
- Knowing key packaging formats, materials, key characteristics, analytical methods, regulatory and legal aspects, etc;
- Knowing manufacturing: key packaging machines, principles of operating
Soft Skills
- Analytical and has attention to details
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Communication Skills
