Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary SkillUp MENA is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams across Egypt and Jordan. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, enhance performance, and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational HR experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Partner with department managers to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. Support recruitment activities by collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment. Lead onboarding and employee integration to ensure a positive employee experience. Coach managers on performance improvement plans, employee development, and succession planning. Monitor employee engagement and implement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in Egypt and Jordan. Support compensation reviews, promotions, organizational changes, and workforce planning. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions. Resolve employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and career development opportunities. Contribute to HR projects, policy development, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

4 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.

Experience supporting multiple business units or regional teams is preferred.

Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or PHR are considered an advantage.
