تبحث Bishop Integrated Solutions عن مصمـم جرافيك مبدع وذو خبرة عالية في العلامة التجارية وتصميم الوسائط الاجتماعية وتحرير الفيديو وتصميم الطباعة. إذا كنت شغوفاً بإنتاج محتوى بصري مؤثر وتقديم عمل إبداعي عالي الجودة، نود سماعك. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: * تصميم مواد بصرية عالية الجودة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حملات إعلانية، وأصول التسويق الرقمي. * تطوير هويات علامية كاملة، شعارات، ومواد هوية الشركات. * تصميم وإعداد مواد جاهزة للطباعة بما في ذلك الكتيبات، النشرات، اللافتات القابلة للطي، اللافتات، بطاقات الأعمال، التغليف، الكتالوجات، ملفات الشركة، وغيرها من المواد التسويقية. * إنشاء صور جذابة للمواقع الإلكترونية وصفحات الهبوط والمنصات الرقمية. * تحرير وإنتاج مقاطع فيديو ترويجية احترافية، ريلز الوسائط الاجتماعية، ومحتوى فيديو قصير. * إنشاء الرسوم المتحركة والحركية باستخدام Adobe After Effects. * قيادة المشاريع الإبداعية من المفهوم حتى التسليم النهائي. * ضمان الاتساق عبر جميع مواد العلامة التجارية والتسويق. * التعاون عن كثب مع فريقي التسويق والتطوير. * مواكبة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأفضل ممارسات التسويق الرقمي.
المرشح المثالي
- خبرة من 3-5 سنوات كمصمم جرافيك.
- يتطلب خبرة قوية في تحرير الفيديو وتصميم الطباعة.
- محفظة قوية تُظهر العلامة التجارية، تصميمات الوسائط الاجتماعية، مواد الطباعة، ومشروعات تحرير الفيديو (يشترط وجود Behance)
- إتقان ممتاز لAdobe Photoshop وAdobe Illustrator
- خبرة جيدة مع Adobe Premiere Pro وAdobe After Effects.
- فهم قوي للعلامة التجارية والطباعة والتركيب ونظرية اللون وإنتاج الطباعة.
- خبرة في إنشاء Reels وفيديوهات ترويجية ومحتوى قصير.
- خبرة في Motion Graphics تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- معرفة بFigma ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في بيئة وكالة سريعة الوتيرة.
- إبداع ممتاز، دقة في التفاصيل، ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- خبرة في تصميم لعلامات تجارية سعودية أو خليجية مفضلة بشدة.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bishop Integrated Solutions is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in branding, social media design, video editing, and print design. If you're passionate about creating impactful visual content and delivering high-quality creative work, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: * Design high-quality social media creatives, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing assets. * Develop complete brand identities, logos, and corporate branding materials. * Design and prepare print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, roll-ups, banners, business cards, packaging, catalogs, company profiles, and other marketing collateral. * Create engaging visuals for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms. * Edit and produce professional promotional videos, social media reels, and short-form video content. * Create motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects. * Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery. * Ensure consistency across all branding and marketing materials. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Development teams. * Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong experience in video editing and print design is required.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media designs, print materials, and video editing projects (Behance is required)
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Good experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and print production.
- Experience creating Reels, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Motion Graphics experience is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing for Saudi or GCC brands is highly preferred.
