Job Responsibilities:· Billing support specialist providing L2 support for Technology & Businessstakeholders.· Coordination and tracking of proactive & reactive operational activities and ensurethat the services provided to customers are continuously available.· Performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.· Ensure the Billing system High Availability and Resilience and with least outage timeand minimal customer impact.· Observing and analyzing repetitive problems and customer complaints and set andimplement an action plan to avoid them.· Continuously review and update monitoring and alarming procedures and ensure they are efficient and effective.
Job Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.· Good knowledge in Systems administration “Linux/Unix”.· Good knowledge in Databases Programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Python, …)· Good knowledge in computer networks.
