Role overview We are hiring a Senior Technical BIM Architect to lead architectural BIM development and technical coordination while ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with project standards.
Key responsibilities Coordinate with all disciplines. Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements. Prepare and manage RFIs for technical issues. Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Produce shop drawings and detailed 2D documentation. Address consultant comments and update models accordingly. Generate quantity takeoffs and schedules from Revit.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.3–5 years of experience in architectural BIM. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Auto CAD, and Navisworks Manage. Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination. Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650).
