???? Professional Service Specialist (L2) – Saa S / ERP???? On-site – Sheraton Al Matar, El Nozha, Cairo
At OSOSS, we build powerful Saa S ERP solutions that help businesses manage every aspect of their operations — from POS and e-commerce to inventory, accounting, purchasing, and order management. We're looking for an experienced Professional Service Specialist (L2) who enjoys solving technical challenges, implementing ERP solutions, training customers, and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
???? Before you apply, please make sure you meet ALL of the below:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation or technical support• At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Odoo, ERP, or CRM solutions• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills• Experience delivering end-user training and onboarding sessions (Training of Trainers is a strong plus)• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support enterprise customers• Currently based in Cairo or nearby areas and available to work on-site
