Job Responsibilities.
- Prepare and monitor daily and monthly cost reports.
- Monitor Food & Beverage costs.
- Analyze waste and loss rates and implement appropriate solutions.
- Review inventory and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Oversee purchasing processes and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Prepare profitability reports, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to control costs and improve performance.
