المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لزيادة الإنتاجية وتقليل الهدر وتحسين عمليات التصنيع.
Execute daily and weekly production plans to ensure production targets are achieved.
Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to assign technicians and workers according to production priorities.
Monitor production processes and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues promptly.
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure production equipment and machinery operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
Follow up with the Warehouse and Purchasing departments regarding shortages of raw materials, consumables, and production supplies.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to investigate and resolve manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with production procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor productivity, production efficiency, and resource utilization.
Prepare production reports and communicate production status to management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing processes.
