Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, answering any initial inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and availability. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions. Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking resolution. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain accurate records of appointments, guest information, and daily transactions. Assist with inventory management of spa products and supplies. Prepare treatment rooms for each guest, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and welcoming. Assist therapists with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed. Promote spa memberships, packages, and special offers. Provide information about spa events and promotions. Assist with the development of marketing materials as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite or similar software.
