We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Teller to join our team in Cairo, Egypt on a part-time basis. In this intermediate-level role, you will serve as the frontline face of our institution, delivering exceptional customer service while processing a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on managing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and currency exchanges, while ensuring compliance with all banking policies and security procedures. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building trust with customers through reliable, courteous service.

Key Responsibilities As a Teller, you will:

• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision and speed.
• Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies to management.
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking products or services.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks, including filing and record keeping.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a teller or in a similar cash-handling role within a bank or financial institution.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be available to work part-time hours (flexible schedule, including weekends if needed) and reside in Cairo.
