An Arabic Teacher is responsible for teaching the Arabic language and culture, developing curriculum, and fostering language proficiency across diverse student groups. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development: Design and implement Arabic language curricula aligned with educational standards and program objectives, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging lessons for students of varying proficiency levels, using interactive activities, multimedia, and real-life examples to enhance learning Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular evaluations through quizzes, tests, assignments, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student improvement Cultural Integration: Incorporate Arabic culture, history, and literature into lessons to deepen students understanding and appreciation of the language Individualized Support: Offer additional guidance to students needing extra help, ensuring inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environments Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and interactive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning Collaboration: Work with colleagues and educational staff to enhance the language program and participate in professional development opportunities Technology Integration: Utilize modern teaching tools and online platforms to support virtual or hybrid learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
