الأدوار والمسؤوليات
نظرة عامة يضمن محلل VMI إدارة المخزون بكفاءة من خلال مراقبة وتحليل وتحسين مستويات المخزون لدى مواقع العملاء أو الموزعين. تشمل هذه الدور التنسيق في تدفقات البيانات، وضمان الدقة، والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين (سلسلة الإمداد، المبيعات، اللوجستيات، المالية) والشركاء الخارجيين لضمان توفر المنتجات عند الحاجة، وتحسين التكاليف، وتلبية مستويات خدمة العملاء.
المسؤوليات
- مراقبة وإدارة المخزون
- متابعة مستويات مخزون العملاء أو الموزعين (حسب SKU)، سرعة البيع، واتجاهات الاستهلاك.
- استخدام اتفاقيات VMI/مشاركة البيانات لإطلاق أوامر إعادة التوريد.
- تحديد مخاطر الإفراط في التخزين ونقص المخزون، وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية.
- الالتزام بأهداف أيام اليد على المخزون (DOH).
- تنسيق تنفيذ NPD لعميله/لها (أسبوعياً) - تقليل المنتجات منتهية الصلاحية وزيادة سرعة التوفُّر على الرف.
- إعادة التوريد والتحسين اللوجستي
- إنشاء ومعالجة أوامر إعادة التوريد، مع ضمان الدقة في الكميات، والأسعار، وجداول التسليم.
- تحسين اللوجستيات (مثلاً دمج الشحنات، الحمولات الكلية) لتقليل التكاليف.
- إدارة تغييرات الطلبات، الإلغاء، الاستثناءات.
- التقارب مع فريق النقل لضمان التسليمات في الوقت المناسب وبالدقة.
- الاستجابة الفورية لأي مشكلات نقل، وضمان حل المشكلات بسرعة والتواصل مع العميل.
- التحقق من التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية المتعلقة بمشكلات الطلبات مثل (الطلبات المفتوحة، الطلبات غير الكاملة، GTMS).
- جودة البيانات وإدارة الأنظمة
- ضمان دقة تدفق البيانات بين أنظمة العملاء، نقاط البيع، تخطيط موارد المؤسسة، وأدوات VMI.
- تحديد وتصحيح الأخطاء البيانات (الت discrepancies في المخزون، التنبؤ، معالجة الطلبات).
- أن تكون مستخدمًا رئيسيًا/حلقة وصل لأي أدوات تدعم VMI (تنفيذ الأنظمة، تكامل البيانات، لوحات المعلومات).
- التواصل مع العملاء وإدارة العلاقات
- التعامل كنقطة اتصال أولى لاستفسارات العملاء.
- التواصل بشكل استباقي عن حالات نفاد المخزون OOS للعملاء مقدمًا والتعاون مع فريق التوافر المنتج لحلها.
- استضافة اجتماعات تشغيلية أسبوعية مع العملاء ومراجعات أعمال شهرية مع أصحاب المصلحة لتقديم تحديثات حول KPIs، القضايا، وخطط التحسين.
- الحفاظ على علاقات تجارية قوية مع العملاء ووحدات الأعمال الداخلية لبناء الثقة وتحسين التعاون.
- إدارة والرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر خط Cisco الساخن خلال المناوبات المخصصة.
- التحسين المستمر
- تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات المتكررة.
- تنفيذ تحسينات العمليات، والتوحيد، والتشغيل الآلي حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا.
- دعم إطلاقات النظام أو تحديثاته المرتبطة بـ VMI.
المرشح المثالي
- درجة البكالوريوس (سلسلة الإمداد/اللوجستيات/الأعمال/الهندسة) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في سلسلة الإمداد / إدارة المخزون، ويفضل مع VMI أو نماذج مماثلة في السلع الاستهلاكية أو FMCG.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية؛ القدرة على العمل مع مجموعات بيانات كبيرة.
- معرفة جيدة بالتنبؤ، تخطيط المخزون وتقنيات إعادة التوريد.
- الكفاءة في البرمجيات ذات الصلة: Excel (متقدم)، أدوات ERP، أنظمة VMI، لوحات البيانات (مثل أدوات BI).
- تركيز عالي على التفاصيل والقدرة على العمل عبر عدة SKUs، عملاء، مناطق.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة قادرة على العمل مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين.
- الطلاقة في الإنجليزية/الفرنسية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- القدرة على التعامل مع التغيير، الغموض؛ عقلية استباقية.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview The VMI Analyst ensures efficient inventory management by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing stock levels at customer or distributor locations. This role involves coordinating data flows, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external partners to ensure products are available when needed, costs are optimized, and customer service levels are met.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring & Management
- Track customer or distributor inventory levels (by SKU), sales velocity, and consumption trends.
- Use VMI agreements/data sharing to trigger replenishment orders.
- Identify overstock and stockout risks, implement corrective actions.
- Maintain Days on Hand (DOH) targets.
- Coordinates NPD execution for his/her customer (weekly) - minimizes obsoletes and maximizing speed to shelve
- Order Replenishment & Optimization
- Create and process replenishment orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, delivery schedules.
- Optimize logistics (e.g. combining shipments, full truckloads) to reduce costs.
- Manage order changes, cancellations, exceptions.
- Align closely with the Transportation Team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Respond promptly to any transportation issues, ensuring quick problem resolution and client communication.
- Check Daily and Weekly reports related to orders issues like (open orders, incomplete orders, gtms )
- Data Quality & Systems Management
- Ensure data feed/flows between customer systems, PoS, ERP, and VMI tools are accurate and timely.
- Identify and correct data errors (discrepancies in inventory, forecasting, order processing).
- Be a key user / liaison for any tools supporting VMI (systems implementation, data integration, dashboards).
- Customer Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client s concerns.
- Proactively communicate Out of Stock (OOS) situations to clients in advance and collaborate with the Product Availability Team to resolve them.
- Host weekly operational meetings with clients and monthly business reviews with stakeholders to provide updates on KPIs, issues, and improvement actions.
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients and internal Business Units (BUs) to build trust and improve collaboration.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries via Cisco hotline during assigned shifts.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify root causes of recurrent issues.
- Implement process improvements, standardization, automation where relevant.
- Support system rollouts or upgrades related to VMI.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business / Engineering) or equivalent.
- Experience in supply chain / inventory management, ideally with VMI or similar models in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work comfortably with large data sets.
- Good knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning and replenishment techniques.
- Proficiency with relevant software: Excel (advanced), ERP tools, VMI systems, data dashboards (e.g. BI tools).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work across multiple SKUs, customers, regions.
- Good communication skills capable of working with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English/French (written & spoken).
- Ability to handle change, ambiguity; proactive mindset.
