ROLE OVERVIEWThe Traffic Manager – Design Hub is a Group-level operational role responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of creative work across Brand Aid's centralized Design Hub, serving all 8 country offices and their clients. This role acts as the command center of the creative operation — receiving briefs, allocating resources, tracking project timelines, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring every creative deliverable moves through the production process on time and to standard. The Traffic Manager is the critical bridge between country account teams and the Group Design Hub, ensuring no job is missed and creative capacity is always optimally deployed.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAILBrief Intake, Job Logging & Prioritisation•Receive, review, and log all creative briefs submitted by country account teams across all 8 offices•Assess brief completeness; follow up with account teams where information or assets are missing•Prioritise incoming jobs based on client deadlines, revenue value, and creative complexity•Issue job numbers and maintain job status in the Group management system (Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent)
Workflow Management & Production Scheduling•Own and maintain the Group Design Hub production calendar across all active and upcoming jobs•Create project timelines with clear milestones: design start, first draft, review, client proof, and delivery•Monitor all live jobs daily and proactively flag any job at risk of missing its deadline•Maintain clear version control across all projects; ensure correct files are in production at all times
Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning•Allocate briefs to the right designer or production specialist based on skillset, availability, and workload•Maintain a live capacity plan for the Design Hub team — flag overload or underutilisation proactively•Manage freelancer or surge resource requests when internal capacity is exceeded•Update resource plans daily and adjust in real time as urgent or revised briefs arrive
Liaison, Quality Gate & Delivery Coordination•Act as the primary contact between country account teams and the Group Design Hub•Ensure all creative outputs pass through internal QC stages before being shared with clients•Manage handover of final approved artwork and production files to account teams and vendors•Escalate unresolved scope creep or resource conflicts to the Creative Director promptly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field•4–7 years in traffic management, production coordination, or studio operations within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency•Proven experience managing creative workflows across multiple simultaneous projects and tight deadlines•Hands-on experience with project management or traffic tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Workamajig, or equivalent)•Strong understanding of the creative production process — from brief to final delivery — across digital, print, and events•Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE•Prior experience as a Traffic Manager or Studio Manager in a multi-country or Group agency structure•Familiarity with design production requirements: Adobe Creative Suite file formats, digital output specs, and print-ready standards•Experience scheduling resources across diverse creative disciplines: graphic design, motion, video, photography, and 3D•Background managing production timelines for brand activations, events, exhibitions, or BTL campaigns•Experience implementing or improving a traffic management or creative operations system from scratch•Understanding of agency commercial dynamics: resource cost management and project profitability
