We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the development of a positive work environment by managing employee relations activities, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support the resolution of employee concerns and workplace issues in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Maintain accurate employee relations records and prepare HR reports and analytics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Collaborate with HR and department managers to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Support HR operations and participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
