Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for driving new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and explaining the value of custom website and marketing solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements in alignment with company guidelines. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to align client expectations, provide accurate project information, and support smooth handovers. Additional responsibilities include delivering product training or demos to clients, gathering feedback to improve services, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide responsive support. Proven Sales experience with the ability to prospect, present solutions, and close deals effectively. Background in Sales Management or account management, including organizing pipelines and meeting sales targets. Experience providing Training or product demonstrations to clients or internal stakeholders. Familiarity with digital marketing, web design, or technology services is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
