Talent Acquisition Manager Experience in Manufacturing industry from 7 to 9 Years Recruitment Manager Reports To: HR Director Job Summary Lead the Group’s recruitment function by attracting, selecting, and hiring high-caliber talent to support the growth of the manufacturing and agricultural businesses while ensuring an efficient and professional hiring process. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Group recruitment strategy and annual hiring plan. Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding. Partner with business leaders to recruit engineering, manufacturing, agriculture, commercial, and corporate talent. Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and recruitment agencies. Lead interviews, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations. Strengthen employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports. Lead and develop the recruitment team while ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven recruitment experience in the manufacturing or agriculture sector is required. Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, and leadership positions. Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in ATS and Linked In Recruiter. Fluent in English and Arabic.
