NUT Botanicals is seeking a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and timeliness. You’ll work closely with our warehouse and customer support teams to manage the end-to-end order delivery process and help maintain a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately review, and manage customer orders in the order management system and Confirm all shipping information is accurate for each order. Create shipping labels and Air Waybills (AWBs) with the correct delivery details. Work closely with the warehouse coordinator to ensure orders are packed and shipped on time and monitor packing material levels to ensure availability for upcoming orders. Use AWB numbers to track and monitor shipments and follow up with shipping partners to resolve any delays, delivery exceptions, or lost shipments. Respond to internal questions about orders or deliveries. Resolve delivery-related issues quickly and professionally. Maintain clear and organized records of shipments and related documents. Generate reports on how orders and shipping are performing and suggest ideas to improve the speed or accuracy of the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related field is a plus, but not required Solid working knowledge of MS Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities. Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred.
