Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that support Proleaders’ training programs, marketing campaigns, and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include designing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and course-related visuals. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and training teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs that align with brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production, refine existing materials, and ensure consistency across all visual outputs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media. Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine the company’s visual identity. Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced text in designs. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is required. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work and attention to detail is expected. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is essential. Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. Experience designing materials for training, education, or corporate environments is an advantage.
