Key Responsibilities Lead the demand forecasting process using statistical models and business inputs Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels Identify risks and opportunities in demand variability and recommend mitigation strategies Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and executive reporting Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau Mentor junior planners and guide best practices in demand planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation in forecasting processes
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.3-4 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques (time series, regression, machine learning basics) Hands-on experience with ERP/APS systems (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP) Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Experience with SQL or Python is a strong advantage Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
