Job Purpose:Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for Hajj, Umrah, and Religious Tourism programs. Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and budgets tailored for Hajj and Umrah programs. Digital Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other social media platforms to drive lead generation. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing marketing team (3 subordinates) to meet departmental KPIs. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic B2B relationships with agents, sub-agents, and corporate partners. Content & Branding: Direct content creation, branding initiatives, and the production of promotional materials. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics, preparing monthly performance dashboards for management. Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align closely with Operations and Sales teams to maximize booking conversions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of overall experience in Marketing. Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in Religious Tourism Marketing (Hajj & Umrah). Proven track record in digital campaign management with measurable lead generation and customer acquisition results. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Commerce, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Marketing, or Tourism Marketing certifications. Skills & Competencies:Advanced computer proficiency and deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite. Deep, thorough understanding of the Egyptian Religious Tourism market. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Language: Very Good command of English.
