Bosch Africa, through Cypod Solutions, is offering exciting summer internship opportunities for motivated and talented students who are eager to develop their skills in Marketing, UX/UI Design, Business Development, and Market Research.

Internship Duration

• 6–7 weeks per internship cycle
• Internship period: July – August 2026
• Multiple internship batches may be conducted throughout the summer

Available Internship Opportunities

1. Marketing & Digital Communication Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and communication assets.
• Assist with LinkedIn content planning, content creation, and engagement activities.
• Prepare digital content, banners, visuals, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across communication channels.
• Support website content reviews and updates.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong communication and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

2. UX/UI Design Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve user journeys and digital experiences.
• Create and enhance wireframes, prototypes, and interface layouts.
• Support website and platform design improvements.
• Design visual assets, icons, illustrations, and interface components.
• Ensure consistency across digital platforms and user interfaces.
• Assist in preparing design documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong visual design and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant projects is preferred.

3. Business Development & Market Research Intern (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and market mapping activities across Africa and the Middle East.
• Analyze industries, customer segments, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain databases of potential customers, partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Assist in preparing outreach communications and business proposals.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for market expansion activities.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in market research, business development, and international markets.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with logistics service providers
• Confident and professional manner when interacting with internal teams and external partners
• Mobility and flexibility to work across different time zones, including weekends as needed
• Willingness and ability to travel during working hours
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and openness to working with diverse international teams
• Autonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated approach to tasks and deadlines
