About the Role

Are you an experienced SEO content enthusiast with a proven track record in crafting engaging and optimized blog content? We are seeking a skilled SEO Blog Writer and Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in SEO blog writing, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the realm of long-form technical content writing.

• Craft compelling, SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, service pages, and other content that rank high in search results, increase organic traffic, and engage readers.
• Understand and implement best practices for on-page SEO, keyword integration, and readability.
• Edit and refine SEO blogs to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to SEO guidelines.
• Develop and execute SEO content plans and maps, guiding our website toward organic traffic dominance.
• Work closely with SEO specialists to select high-value keywords and decide on keywords with high buying intent.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of software and offshoring concepts and effectively communicate them in written form.
• Understand the nuances of B2B communication and craft content that resonates with business decision-makers.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite content creation and enhance output quality.
• Experience in crafting persuasive and conversion-focused copy is a plus.
• Build and execute content plans for the company website, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Experience working with WordPress CMS for content creation and publishing.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION to SUCCEED as a FLAIRSTECH Marketing Generalist:
