We’re Hiring: Part-Time English Instructor / Customer Support Trainer – Onsite | Alexandria We are looking for fluent English speakers to join our team as Part-Time English Instructors / Customer Support Trainers in Alexandria.
The role focuses on educating and preparing candidates on how to join and succeed in English Customer Support roles.
Responsibilities:Train candidates on spoken English and communication skills. Guide candidates on the basics of English Customer Support roles. Teach professional phone, email, and chat communication. Help candidates improve pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and customer handling skills. Provide practical examples, role plays, and interview preparation. Requirements:Excellent English fluency, especially spoken English.
