Role Description This is a full-time Sales Agent role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients, presenting Met Life Egypt’s insurance and financial products, and recommending solutions that match customer needs and goals. Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role involves explaining policy features and benefits clearly, assisting customers with applications and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Sales Agent also participates in ongoing training, keeps current with product updates and regulatory requirements, and contributes to a positive, collaborative sales environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and build trust. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed targets. Candidates should possess Insurance-related knowledge or experience, particularly in life, health, or financial protection products, or a strong willingness to learn. Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, such as openness to continuous learning, participation in product and compliance training, and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with self-management and time-management skills for both office and remote work. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken, is beneficial.
