Position Title: Buyer Specialist

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller seeks a Raw Material Planner to support raw material availability and purchasing activities aligned with production needs. This role coordinates with supply chain, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely procurement and accurate planning. The position contributes to KPI delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support KPIs aligned with supply chain targets
• Plan and track raw material availability for production needs
• Issue purchase orders per company policy and agreed terms
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers on material delivery
• Maintain procurement records and SAP data accuracy
• Collaborate with scheduling, quality, and sourcing teams
• Support audits, compliance (SOX), and training initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve material issues
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Accounting
• 0 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Analytical problem-solving with data interpretation
• Authorization to work in the local location
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory planning processes
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Skill in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
