As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will play a key role in driving hiring outcomes and business growth across the MEA region, while partnering closely with stakeholders locally and globally. You ll have the autonomy to shape your approach, backed by a collaborative team and a purpose-driven organisation.
How you ll make an impact
- Deliver critical hires across MEA: Own end to end recruitment across multiple functions and countries, using proactive sourcing, market engagement, and strong conversion strategies to secure top talent across the region.
- Sell with impact and credibility: Lead high energy, consultative conversations that clearly communicate Hitachi Energy s mission, project impact, and career opportunities, confidently handling objections, managing offers, and closing top talent in competitive markets.
- Act as a regional market expert: Build and maintain talent maps and pipelines by country, function, and skill set across MEA, bringing insight into talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activity to shape hiring plans.
- Influence hiring decisions: Partner with hiring managers and HR to align hiring strategies with market realities, offering data-driven guidance on profiles, assessment approaches, and hiring processes.
- Drive pace and process excellence: Run structured, high velocity recruitment processes, ensuring efficient movement from sourcing to offer while delivering a strong, consistent candidate experience.
- Strengthen employer brand across markets: Tailor attraction strategies for different talent communities across MEA, leveraging networks, referrals, and targeted outreach to position Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice.
- Build scalable, repeatable success: Capture and share successful sourcing strategies, messaging, and hiring practices to enhance capability across the Talent Acquisition function.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your background
- Proven track record in recruitment: Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing talent across engineering, industrial, infrastructure, or corporate functions (in-house, agency, or RPO).
- Strong consultative and commercial approach: Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing decisions, and navigating complex offer processes with confidence.
- MEA regional experience: Exposure to hiring across Middle East and Africa markets, with an understanding of local talent dynamics, cultural nuances, and hiring challenges.
- Insight and pipeline-driven mindset: Hands-on experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics to drive hiring success.
- Operational excellence: Strong grasp of structured hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and ATS systems (e.g., Workday), with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Resilient and adaptable: Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, managing multiple priorities across geographies.
