JOB TITLE
Associate Manager - Digital Marketing | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate Egypt
ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager – Digital Marketing is a highly analytical and execution-driven performance marketer who will accelerate customer growth across our retail E-commerce business. This role requires someone who combines strong acquisition expertise with commercial acumen, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of app and web performance marketing.
ROLE PROFILE

• Own day-to-day performance marketing execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Affiliate Channels.
• Drive customer acquisition growth while maintaining strict CAC, ROAS targets.
• Partner closely with CRM, analytics, onsite, and commercial teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and lifecycle objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities across creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flows.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track acquisition, retention, revenue contribution, incrementality, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Support promotional and seasonal category-specific campaigns.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness and conversion performance.
• Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining tothe direct line of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or eCommerce acquisition .
• Strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, app marketing platforms, and attribution tools.
• Proven experience managing high-scale acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact .
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with BI/reporting tools .
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with aggressive commercial targets .
