Key Responsibilities\:

Engineering & Design\:

  • Prepare and review mechanical design and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
  • Ensure all designs meet technical requirements, codes, and client expectations.

Coordination\:

  • Conduct detailed MEP coordination with electrical and civil disciplines to detect and resolve clashes.
  • Ensure full integration of mechanical systems within overall project design.

Quantity Surveying & Documentation\:

  • Analyze project specifications, design drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material take-offs.
  • Prepare and submit material submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and method statements for client/consultant approval.

Technical Support\:

  • Provide technical expertise and support during design development and project execution phases.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Compliance & Quality\:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all engineering outputs.
