Senior Frontend Engineer
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern frontend technologies and a strong background in building complex, data-driven user interfaces and workflow platforms.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern Java Script frameworks. Build and optimize complex, data-rich dashboards and workflow management tools. Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality components following established design systems and best practices. Ensure excellent application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Implement accessible user interfaces in compliance with WCAG standards. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences. Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical direction.
Requirements10+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong expertise in React (or senior-level experience with Vue.js or Angular). Strong command of Type Script, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization techniques. Proven experience building complex, data-rich dashboards or workflow tools. Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility requirements. Experience working with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with regulated UI environments is considered a strong advantage.
Nice to Have Experience working in highly regulated industries such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance. Exposure to modern frontend tooling, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical strategy and architecture discussions.
