Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive based in New Cairo / Rehab. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing activities across EDEN DEVELOPMENT’s real estate portfolio and investment offerings. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior and competitor activity, preparing campaign ideas, coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, and ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand identity and business objectives. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, design, media buying, and business development teams to support lead generation, broker communication, event marketing, project launches, and client engagement campaigns across Egypt, Georgia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, following up on marketing deliverables, optimizing activities based on results, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans Coordinate digital and offline campaigns for real estate projects Conduct market research and competitor analysis Prepare marketing briefs for designers, content creators, and media buyers Follow up on social media content, ads, printed materials, and campaign assets Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion activities Support broker activations, real estate events, launches, and open days Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and sales support tools Track customer insights, market trends, and campaign feedback
Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive Strong market planning and campaign execution skills Experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM tools, and marketing analytics Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer and competitor data Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work with sales, design, content, media buying, and business development teams Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Good command of English and Arabic Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field Previous experience in real estate development, brokerage, or investment marketing is a strong plus
Preferred Experience in real estate project launches Experience working with brokers and sales teams Familiarity with lead generation campaigns Ability to prepare marketing reports and campaign performance summaries Experience in event marketing and offline activations
