We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architecture - Working drawings Engineer to join our dynamic technical team. This role is ideal for candidates with solid consultancy experience in mega-scale projects, capable of bridging design vision with execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review working drawings. Ensure timely and accurate production of detailed design and construction documents. Collaborate with design leaders to translate schematic concepts into fully coordinated architectural tender and technical packages and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). Coordinate with various engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) for seamless integration. Oversee project documentation and compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards. Contribute to project planning, resourcing, and delivery strategies across multiple projects. Coordination with Client / Site to study site queries / difficulties, finding solutions for the same. Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure constructability and provide technical support during execution.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a from recognized university.7 to 10 years of proven experience within a consultancy firm. Strong portfolio of mega projects, particularly in the working drawing and tendering phases. Expertise in production design and technical detailing. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Deep understanding of architectural principles, construction technologies, and local/international codes. Professional user of Auto CAD, Revit, (Preferred Sketch Up, and Photoshop) Professional user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) English level: Fluent
